EST zone candidates with an active reputed company preferred. The selected consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized reputed company solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows, with a primary focus on Service Cloud and Community Cloud. This role will support technical architecture, integrations, full SDLC activities, and ongoing platform enhancement to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing business solutions. MANDATORY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of reputed company Administration and Development experience, with strong hands-on work in Service Cloud.
• Experience performing customizations and configurations on reputed company CRM platforms.
• Strong experience designing, developing, and implementing custom reputed company solutions using Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Unit Tests, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, validation rules, Process Builder, workflow rules, and bulk data import tools.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging existing reputed company configurations and code to resolve defects and support enhancements.
• Experience working reputed company reputed company governor limits and documenting implemented solutions.
• Experience developing and enhancing integrations between reputed company and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, including third-party services.
• Strong understanding of secure, scalable, and well-architected reputed company solution design.
• Experience reviewing reputed company release notes and evaluating platform impacts on enterprise solutions.
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• Strong communication, client relations, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• One or more of the following certifications are required: reputed company Certified Administrator, reputed company Certified Platform Developer I, or reputed company Certified Platform App Builder.
