Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Registered Financial Customer Service Professional to join reputed company in Hartford, CT. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Financial Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers, and third-party plan specialists
• Processing financial transactions upon request of callers
• Explaining past returns in comparison to economic environment; conveying information in accordance with FINRA / SEC guidelines
• Assisting participants through the navigation of the automated voice response system as well as the Web Site reputed company executing financial transactions and/or initiating loans
• Running disbursement quotes, responding to managerial feedback, and attending meetings and training sessions
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and escalating reputed company issues to management as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Associate degree in business or reputed company field preferred
• With no degree, an additional one to two years directly reputed company experience is required
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial service-reputed company field
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required
• FINRA fingerprinting required
• Must be available to work during the hours of 7am-7pm. Overtime may be required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including retirement plans and investment options

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

• Knowledge of FINRA and SEC regulations
• Experience with automated voice response systems and web-based applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $40,800.00 - $56,025.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances, a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed reputed company salary depending on individual performance.
