Role Overview The Donor Services Associate for the Partner Program Liaison serves as one of the primary points of contact for our donors, helping answer their questions, solve their problems, and facilitate their donations as well as participates in the development of messages for donors about MSF’s programs and policies. Donor Services Associate provides high-quality customer service both on the phone and through e-mail reputed company year round. Roles Specific Outcomes Donor Relationship Management Answer calls, emails, and mail inquiries to allocated donors and prospective donors to maintain and strengthen existing relationships. Act as a first reputed company of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints. Data Management Manage basic aspects of the data management system with guidance from senior colleagues. This includes being responsible for developing or operating basic elements of the data management systems to deliver prescribed outcomes. Desired Qualifications & Experience At a minimum the Job Holder should possess:

  • Minimum. 2 yrs. relevant experience, preferably in a non-profit development or marketing environment, preferably in a customer service and/or non-profit environment, plus B.A., or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communications skills.
  • Proven administrative skills including keen attention to detail with ability to track multiple projects at one time.

Travel Requirements Travel is not required. Location NYC (Hybrid- in office Tuesdays and Wednesdays) This role is based in our reputed company, where most of the team and operational infrastructure are located. Due to reputed company staffing and budget constraints, we’re unable to support this position in our DC or California office. Compensation $67,350 - $101,025 In alignment with MSF USA’s compensation reputed company, new hires are generally offered between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity.
