Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare teams, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Serving as the central reputed company of contact for the care unit, coordinating and communicating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months in healthcare or office setting
- Substantial interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff
