Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Medical Biller at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with processing insurance claims through private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare
• Noting and processing reputed company necessary forms from insurance companies
• Assisting patients in navigating the billing and insurance landscape, including collecting reputed company necessary forms and signatures
• Working with doctor's offices and hospitals to obtain charge information and billing details
• Entering reputed company billing and payment information into the system properly and without errors
• Following up with clients and payments, as needed
• Answering phones, assisting clients with questions, taking messages, and screening calls

Qualifications
