Position Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing Customer Orders: Use world-class technology to process customer orders, reputed company product recommendations, and handle account inquiries.

Minimum Requirements

- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Prior Customer Service Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!

Location and Schedule
