About the Paid Media Manager, Influencer & Affiliate at reputed company: We are seeking a dynamic Paid Media Manager with expertise in influencer and affiliate marketing to join our performance marketing team. This role will be responsible for driving performance, managing partnerships, and executing campaigns that deliver measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly organized, and has strong relationship-building skills with both creators and agency partners. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Content, Product Marketing, Analytics, Finance, & Legal to ensure programs support major launches and align with key business objectives. What you will do: Influencer Marketing

• Identify and review potential influencer and creator partners across key platforms.
• Review content and provide actionable feedback to ensure brand alignment.

• Track, analyze, and report on weekly influencer performance to leadership and cross functional partners.

Affiliate Marketing

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns and affiliate programs and hitting DR targets.

• Ability to manage & optimize spend against pre-existing budgets and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Location: We are currently hiring this role remotely in the US and Hybrid for San Francisco (SF). Candidates must permanently reside in the US full-time. For candidates with a primary residence in the greater SF area, this role will follow our hybrid model. Pay & Benefits: The anticipated new hire reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $79,200-$126,500 + equity + benefits.
