About the Role (Your Mission) This is not a typical VP of Finance role. We need a builder. You will partner directly with the CEO and the executive leadership team to architect and own the entire financial function of the company. You won't be maintaining legacy processes; you will be creating them from scratch. As our VP of Strategic Finance, you will be the right hand to the CEO, responsible for ensuring we have the financial rigor, governance, and capital strategy to scale safely and aggressively in the volatile crypto market. ✅ What You’ll Do (Build the Future of Finance) Strategic Finance & Planning (From 0 to 1)

• Build the company’s first-reputed company long-range financial model, annual operating plan, and rolling forecasts. You are starting with a blank sheet of reputed company.

Capital Markets & Token Strategy

• Stay abreast of market trends in the crypto escrow and custody space, providing competitive analysis to the leadership team.

Business Partnership & Operational Scaling

• Serve as the strategic partner to the Head of Product and Head of Growth. Evaluate ROI for new feature development and marketing campaigns.
• Design and implement AI-first financial tools and processes to automate reporting and reconciliation, allowing the team to focus on strategy.
