VP, People & Culture (Remote)

You will support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization and be deeply knowledgeable in areas ranging from: succession planning, diversity and inclusion, talent management, change management, organizational strategy, M&A, performance management, training and development, and compensation. You will provide strategic leadership by understanding and articulating HR needs to reputed company’s Leadership Team and Board of Directors. What You’ll Do:

• Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company’s mission, values and strategic vision.

• A minimum of 12 years of HR experience, with at least five years of executive HR experience.
• Proven experience leading organizations through transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Handles ambiguity in a reputed company environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and leadership skills.
• If candidate is remote, may need to travel to NYC area 3-4 times per year.
