Responsibilities

• Independently craft sophisticated estate plans for ultra-high net worth clients with assets exceeding $40 million, including drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Spearhead succession planning to ensure seamless asset transfers, family business continuity, and estate tax minimization through cutting-edge strategies, with a focus on federal estate tax planning.
• Independently draft and implement advanced estate tax planning vehicles, including sales to Intentionally Defective Grantor Trusts (IDGTs), Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts (GRATs), Qualified Personal Residence Trusts (QPRTs), and Charitable Trusts (e.g., Charitable reputed company Annuity Trusts or Charitable Remainder Trusts).
• Design and execute out-of-state asset protection trusts to safeguard client assets.
• Provide expert counsel on tax-efficient gifting, intergenerational wealth transfer, and asset protection, incorporating elder law considerations such as long-term care and Medicaid eligibility reputed company relevant.
• Conduct meticulous reviews of client financial portfolios to identify tax-saving opportunities and mitigate risks in high-value estates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including financial advisors and accountants, to deliver bespoke strategies reputed company with clients’ personal and familial aspirations.

• Extensive expertise in independently drafting and executing sales to IDGTs, GRATs, QPRTs, Charitable Trusts, and out-of-state asset protection trusts, with a robust history of implementing these strategies in prior roles.
• In-depth knowledge of federal estate tax planning, including exemptions, portability, and state-specific nuances, with reputed company-specific experience not required.
