The Associate Director, Corporate reputed company Field Safety will report to the Senior Director Corporate reputed company, Technology and Enablement, and is critical to supporting the safety and reputed company of our workforce, with a specific focus on employees who operate reputed company of a traditional office environment. As a part of the Corporate reputed company Operations team, you will be partnering with internal reputed company teams as well as business units reputed company reputed company and UHC to provide employee safety programs and tools. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company the value and importance of safety programs for staff
- Evaluate solutions strategically, ensuring seamless integration and balancing value against cost throughout development
- reputed company strategy and readiness for expansion into additional lines of business, factoring in specific product or workforce differences
- Serve as a Safety and reputed company champion and apply deep expertise to credibly represent, manage and engage with business(es)
- Ability to influence without authority to reputed company support and buy-in for implementation of safety solutions and programming
- Driving design strategies & evolve roadmap to ensure reputed company innovation and improvement of safety program offerings
- reputed company operations and manage ongoing performance of incident assessment program for safety issues, concerns, and escalations reputed company by patient-facing staff
- Act as business reputed company for program application technology, maintaining roadmap and enhancement backlog, provide requirement and solutioning support, and managing issue and defect remediation in partnership with development and operations teams
- Serve as a primary reputed company of support and escalation for business partners for program or technology questions and strategic decision making
- Partner with clinical, operations, and technology teams to ensure cross functional alignment
- Own communication and training plans for program or technology updates and rollouts
- Maintain and provide program metrics and reporting for business partners, leadership and other stakeholders as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant reputed company and safety experience
- 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record in managing large scale reputed company programs
- Proven experience in program strategy or capability management
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Project, reputed company, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, reputed company)
- Demonstrated communication skills and experience communicating at Leadership levels
- Demonstrated ability to engage team members in a cross-functional, virtual environment
