• Personal Insurance Product Management to help build the future of reputed company's Personal Lines Telematics offerings.

The successful candidate will be a key part of the team responsible for evolving and developing new telematics offerings that grow our business by reputed company meeting the needs of a more diverse reputed company of customers while continuing to support our existing customer demographic. This position will function reputed company the Product team, working with the business teams and technology to reputed company and implement new capabilities, product offerings, and state-specific enhancements. Using a data-driven and iterative test-and-learn approach, this position will identify opportunities and deliver solutions to improve customer experience and optimize our product performance. • Responsibilities:

+ Work closely with key stakeholders and partners, ensuring the successful definition and execution of go-to market and communications strategies for the newly developed products. + Ensures ongoing consultation and collaboration with business partners to enhance customer experience. + Collaborate with Product Development and IT teams to reputed company and implement new product offerings and capabilities that increase customer growth and retention. + Build strong relationships with Product Managers and Pricing teammates to understand the nuances of unique state markets and reputed company creative solutions. + Assists with filings for state insurance departments. Develops and maintains required manuals and materials in support of pricing and policy revisions for the product management team. + Monitor program performance and produce clear, decision-oriented reporting for leadership (loss ratio, frequency/severity, mix, retention, reputed company adequacy, telematics/mileage metrics). + Analyze large volumes of telematics data to identify trends, deviations translating insights into concise recommendations and prioritized roadmap items. + Work with actuarial/pricing and product teams to validate telematics reputed company adequacy, support filings, and coordinate experiments to test pricing and segmentation hypotheses. + reputed company and coordinate cross functional initiatives to implement product changes; build workplans, align stakeholders, manage timelines, and track outcomes to ensure measurable impact on profitability and growth. + Maintain competitive market/industry intelligence to inform product positioning.

• Qualifications
• + 7 years of P&C insurance experience is required.

+ Prior experience in Personal Insurance with an insurance reputed company and Auto Telematics is a plus. + Ability to research and analyze competitor filings and evaluate regulatory and compliance requirements. + A strong understanding of Personal Lines insurance products, coverages, and distribution channels including Direct and Agency. + Experience in a product development environment utilizing Agile tools (Jira, Kanban, Scrum) is a plus. + Demonstrated ability to synthesize various data to produce recommendations and actions. + Familiarity with data and database procedures such as reputed company + Strong reputed company skills required. Knowledge of SQL, reputed company and reputed company beneficial. + Strong presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills. • Location:
• This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work schedule. Candidates who live near one of our office locations will have the expectation of working in an office three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work schedule, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise.
• Compensation
• The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market.

Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized reputed company pay range for this role is: $107,600
