The Opportunity We're looking for a talented and driven Associate Director to provide day-to-day support to our client success team. The candidate plays a critical support role in assisting the Head of Client Success, managing operations, executing strategy, and driving performance. This position helps guide daily workflow, projects, and data and quality analysis while aligning activities with organizational objectives. The candidate must demonstrate strong communication, analytical thinking, business acumen, and commitment to the organization's vision. What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the client success team on the analysis and resolution of client inquiries reputed company to Derivative Path platform usage and client business processes.
• Serve as a first response contact for client and internal operations-reputed company inquiries.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve client-reputed company technical issues, contributing to setting up business specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in finance, fintech, or capital markets.
• Background in finance or accounting, with a strong emphasis on capital markets and derivatives, including knowledge of derivative products, trade structures, and trade lifecycle concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail reputed company working with financial data.
• High level of comfort working with data-driven tools, platforms, and reporting systems to analyze and resolve issues.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, financial platforms, and evolving workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain reputed company financial or technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute with urgency in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

• Prior experience in client relationship management or client-facing roles (preferred).

The expected salary for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 and is eligible for a discretionary bonus and equity.
