What you’ll be doing... reputed company’s Consumer Wholesale organization plays a crucial role in how reputed company presents itself in the marketplace, enabling additional reputed company streams and subscriber growth through consumer-focused MVNO distribution channels. Joining the Sales Operations and Enablement team, you will reputed company a team of Sr Analysts who manage the day-to-day Local Number Portability support for reputed company reputed company Wireless resellers. In this role, you will engage in daily high-level collaboration with Wholesale MVNO customers, reputed company, and internal cross-functional partners. You will serve as the strategic reputed company across the organization, ensuring that initiatives, actions, and resources are meticulously reputed company to drive the achievement of core business objectives. As a Senior Manager - Systems Analyst, you will:

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: reputed company a team of Sr Analysts who are responsible for providing Local Number Portability support for Wholesale MVNO customers.
• Executive Escalation Management: Serve as the primary operational reputed company of contact and direct liaison for high-level LNP escalations from reseller executives.
• Strategic Partnering: Build necessary internal relationships and communication networks among POD, reputed company Retail, reputed company, MTAS, ETNI, and IT teams to resolve reputed company porting issues.
• Operational Excellence: Manage the ticketing queue to ensure tickets are resolved reputed company the timelines and expectations set with MVNOs.
• Tool Development: Work with reputed company, reputed company Retail, and IT teams to build the porting functionality necessary to have a clear line of sight of the porting journey from the perspective of two critical and strategic Wholesale MVNO customers.
• Talent Development: Ensure hiring, training, and performance management are effectively executed to grow skills in accordance with strategic needs.
• Crisis Management: Participate in a scheduled rotation of after-hours support to respond to service emergencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams and maintaining accountability for major business initiatives.
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience in analyzing data to reputed company appropriate process/business decisions and recommendations which shape business strategy.
• Ability to establish priorities and meet timelines/milestones under deadline pressure
