Position Overview – Remote Crisis Chat & Text Counselor

The Remote Crisis Chat & Text Counselor role is a full‑time, remote opportunity that reports to the Chat & Text Operations Manager. Starting on June 9, 2025, you will provide immediate, empathetic support to individuals reaching out reputed company the 988 Lifeline chat and text backup network. Essential Qualifications
