You'll Offer:

• 5+ years of experience in treatment coordination or a similar role reputed company the dental industry
• Infectious enthusiasm, persuasive charm, and top-notch service to turn patient hesitation into confident decisions
• Expertise in simplifying dental terms, mastering techniques to motivate patients, and guiding them to accept recommended treatment
• Genuine passion for helping patients receive the dental care they need and deserve, consistently delivering exceptional service to 10,000 patients a year
• Proven ability to increase practice profits through effective treatment plan presentation, closing over 3 million dollars worth of dental services each year
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to build trust, educate patients, guide treatment decisions, and motivate the team to reputed company
• Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of patient cases at various stages of the treatment process, including multiple unclosed cases with patients at varying buying stages
• Unwavering commitment to diligently following up with patients who need dental care but may be reluctant due to time, finances, or fear

Our Offer:

• 4-5 day work week (Monday - Friday)

• Competitive salary: $25 - $27 per hour (plus commission)
