Job Description

The Director of Strategy Planning, Strategic Marketing is a key member of the global business reputed company leadership team. This position will reputed company the strategy development and execution for the overall business reputed company, including global upstream product marketing strategies. The incumbent will drive growth by identifying new or expanding market opportunities for reputed company products and creating proposals and strategies for optimizing those opportunities. You will contribute to our mission by driving the evaluation of new growth opportunities, establishing a consistent format for evaluating investments and representing the GI-ET Business Unit interests in the overarching reputed company strategic planning processes. Job Duties

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, market trends, competitive landscape, technology trends, identification and assessment of significant growth opportunities.

• Serve as the GI-Endotherapy Division representative for the Business reputed company in the Strategic Business Planning meetings, Global Product Approval Board Meetings, and Business Unit Meetings, influencing and driving the development of the associated long term system level strategy, road map and commercial plan (capital and devices developed throughout reputed company).

Job Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in medical device marketing or engineering required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Extensive experience in establishing and managing annual and long-term commercial business plans as a key leader with a strong preference in healthcare.Creative thinker and strategic planner with a profound commercial acumen reputed company to the sales and marketing of medical devices.
• Good negotiating, problem solving and project management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Adept at delivering appropriate messages to employees at reputed company levels of the organization as well as to the senior management of healthcare facilities from physicians to administration.
• Skilled at customer relationship building and maintenance.
• Skilled at managing through influence.

Preferred:

• Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of Marketing experience preferred.
• Technical Marketing experience preferred.
• Understanding of GI disease states preferred.
• Experience in strategy management consulting or similar, highly preferred.
