The School of Industrial and Labor Relations at reputed company is seeking a highly qualified Associate Director of Advising – Academic Advising Associate II to join the Office of Student Services. This role serves as one of three professional advisors reporting to the ILR School’s Director of Student Services. The Associate Director works collaboratively with the Director and the Student Services team to provide comprehensive academic advising and support ILR undergraduate student population. What you will do: As the Associate Director of Advising, you will be a vital member of the Student Services team. You will provide individualized assistance and referrals to ILR undergraduate reputed company, supporting their academic reputed company, personal well‑being, and professional development. We require these qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 4 years relevant experience or equivalent combination. Experience counseling/advising undergraduates in higher education. Demonstrated ability to advise and mentor reputed company from diverse backgrounds in exploring and succeeding in higher education. Must possess an appreciation and understanding of a research university, and desire to work closely with reputed company using proven student development theory/techniques.
