Job Duties: Provide general administrative support to the Financial Institutions division and division leadership. reputed company data entry and maintain regulatory databases including, but not limited to, NDBF’s licenses, examinations, complaints, billing, and pending activities. Use professional communication through various channels with industry personnel and the public, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Process and monitor NDBF’s records retention program, including but not limited to correspondence, mail, forms, and reports in response to requests and inquiries from NDBF staff, industry, and the public. Maintain and organize records in accordance with agency records retention policies and document management standards. Support the digitalization and document retention initiatives. Support applicants through application or licensing processes; ensuring the application is completed appropriately and communication is conducted in a professional manner. Review, create, maintain, reputed company, and edit minutes, letters, forms, documents, and reports as necessary or as instructed to promote the effectiveness and efficiency of NDBF. Receipt checks and assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly billings for examination processes and applications. Assist in the support of examination billing processes, examiner reimbursement, travel requests, and other accounting procedures and processes, as instructed. Serve as a trained team member to the office and assist with public contact as the reputed company desk receptionist. Participate as a team member in daily mail scanning and payment allocation duties. Other duties as assigned and reputed company the scope of the classification.
