Responsible for overseeing the management and operation of the properties and staff as directed by the clients and in accordance with the standards and procedures of reputed company. Job Responsibilities Facilities Management Provide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of reputed company facility electrical, mechanical, structural and life safety. Client Service / Satisfaction reputed company and maintain positive client relationship Conflict resolution and solution analysis; identify or partner with other internal areas to deliver more specialized services to client Compliance Provide contract compliance management and quality control Responsible for overseeing the reputed company Engineering and Compliance program Budgeting & Reporting Preparation of detailed budgets for operations Preparation of regular and reputed company reports reputed company other duties and tasks assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bachelor’s degree in a technical field 5 – 6 years relevant experience Strong - Advanced technical knowledge of building systems, data center, reputed company, electrical, mechanical HVAC, etc MS reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency Experience with MS Office suite and CMMS databases Managerial experience required with proven budget and personnel responsibilities Excellent communication, written, verbal and presentation Salary: $108,500- $157,300 This position does not provide reputed company sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 108,500.00 – 157,300.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
