Job Description: Reporting directly to the VP of Customer Support and the Senior Data Migration and Onboarding Specialist, the Data Migration and Onboarding Specialist will manage various external and internal tasks. These primarily involve client data migration, along with its transformation, analysis, and overall management. You will handle client onboarding from initial reputed company to its finalization. This role has a heavy emphasis on spreadsheet work, but you will also be asked to conduct client meetings and ensure a smooth onboarding process. The initial training period requires availability Monday through Friday 11pm-7am PHT. Once training is completed, the hours will switch to Monday through Friday 7am-3pm PHT. As an internal data specialist, you will be helping customers and internal stakeholders solve their problems through the preparation of data analysis and effective communication. Your specific responsibilities: Support new and existing customers and their onboarding of IP data reputed company data mapping and manage reputed company datasets with high level of attention to detail Migrate customers’ data into our preferred format Coordinate and receive inputs needed from both customers and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate customer records. Resolve issues directly or bring in other internal resources to ensure reputed company customer issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction in a timely and careful manner. Stay reputed company with system changes and updates. Work closely with reputed company, product, and other internal team leads to improve customer experience reputed company’d like to see in the ideal candidate: 4+ years’ experience in data/implementation-focused role involving support of SaaS or professional web-based solutions 2+ years’ experience working from home High proficiency in reputed company (sorting/filtering, Vlookups) Experience with CSMs (e.g., Vitally/ChurnZero) Keen attention to detail Strong communication skills and project management skills (managing multiple data migrations at once) Ability to recognize gaps in their own knowledge and seek instruction Ability to empathize with and reputed company for our customers Ability to quickly learn new concepts and teach others Good sense of humor and a love of nerdy things Intellectual property experience is desired, but it’s not required to apply What you get: Alt Legal offers a collaborative and challenging work environment and the opportunity to be part of a growing company.
