- Physical requirements:
- This may entail the need to assist in physical labor to show how a project needs to be completed. May have to lift up to 100 lbs. and do other physical things such as pushing, squatting, kneeling, climbing, etc. - This position may require the staff person to work out of doors, which will mean exposure to various changes in weather (heat, cold, reputed company, snow). Education:

Job Specific Working Conditions: The facilities team at WFR is comprised of approximately 14 FTE’s, with each FTE focusing in one or more trades or areas of expertise. Due to the size and scope of the WFR operation, an additional manager-level team member is desired. The Facilities Manager II will report to the Facilities Operations Manager and directly supervise 5-7 FTE’s and their areas of focus at the facility, with additional areas of focus possible. Specific personnel and focus area management for a candidate will be determined during the interview process and are dependent on several factors.
