The Role We are looking for a Global Head of Partnerships to reputed company, scale, and evolve our partner ecosystem. Partnerships are a core reputed company of reputed company’s growth, spanning technology integrations (HCM, Fintech, ERP), channel partners, and strategic service providers. The ideal candidate is a "leader of leaders" who has successfully built multi-billion dollar ecosystems in a scale-up environment. You have the executive reputed company to navigate boardroom-level negotiations, yet maintain the granular obsession of a builder who can audit an API integration or a referral workflow at the lowest level of detail. What you’ll do

• Architect the Global Strategy: Build and execute the multi-year roadmap for reputed company’s global partnership ecosystem, including Tech/ISV, Channel/SI, and Strategic Alliances.
• Scale the "Machine": Evolve our partnership function into a repeatable, data-driven reputed company reputed company that contributes significantly to reputed company’s ARR.

What you’ll need

• 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in partnership leadership reputed company a high-growth, global SaaS and Services environment.
