We are hiring a Sr. Director, Rental Sales and Service! The Dewatering Rental Services & Sales Leader is responsible for driving profitable growth across the dewatering rental and services portfolio in North America. This role oversees sales strategy, operational execution, customer engagement, and team leadership for a high-performance rental services organization. The leader will focus on expanding market share, optimizing fleet utilization, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery reputed company construction, industrial, municipal, and environmental segments. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $200K to $230K plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
