Director, GTM Operations

We are seeking an reputed company and strategic Director, Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations to reputed company GTM initiatives, analytics, and business operations functions supporting our EMEA GTM leadership team. This role will be responsible for shaping our GTM strategy, driving market success, and aligning with a team that provides critical support to our EMEA theater sales leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical reputed company, exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies.
This role is part of the GTM Operations Team and is based at reputed company in London, UK (hybrid or UK, remote eligible) and reports to a Sr. Director, Planning & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:

- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize GTM strategies.

- Regional Support:
- Act as the primary liaison between the central GTM strategy team and regional leaders, providing guidance and support tailored to regional market conditions.
- Address regional challenges and opportunities by adapting GTM strategies to fit local requirements and preferences.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices and success stories across regions to drive consistency and excellence.

- Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

You have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business analytics, or a reputed company field, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong ability to mentor and reputed company talent.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate reputed company data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
