Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
As a Business Dealer Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for representing dealerships across the national and global market reputed company webchat, email, and various digital communication mediums. Your primary goal will be to convert in-market vehicle sales and services customers into dealership leads, while meeting department KPIs and goals. To reputed company this, you'll need to be an expert in the product line, promotions, and dealership operations, and be able to provide consultative assistance to customers with their vehicle purchase process. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
