Job Summary
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and driving business success through exceptional customer experience and operational excellence. You'll work closely with our support teams to reputed company plans that meet business objectives, while maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to reputed company exceptional customer experience and operational excellence
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Collaborate with reputed company support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to reputed company plans that meet business objectives
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reputed company to reputed company tasks safely and reputed company
- Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
- Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather, including reputed company loading departments
