Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

As a customer relations call center agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer calls in a manner that reflects our company's purpose and values
• Providing superb customer service to assist pharmacy customers in an inbound customer contact center setting

Requirements:

Compensation and Benefits:

Full-time schedule with flexibility to work between 9am - 8pm, Eastern Standard Time

Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday

Days off may not be consecutive
