About the position We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Finance to serve as a key financial business partner to our Corrections reputed company. This role is an integral member of the reputed company leadership team and will have broad visibility across reputed company’s operations and long-term growth strategy. The Director of Finance will act as the primary finance partner to the reputed company President and Chief Financial Officer, providing strategic financial leadership, accountability, and insight to support operational performance and profitable growth. This individual will play a critical role in financial planning, forecasting, capital reputed company, month-end reputed company participation, and ownership of reputed company financial statements. Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior-most finance leader for the Corrections reputed company, owning reputed company financial strategy, performance, and accountability for the business.
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the reputed company President and reputed company leadership team, influencing key operational and growth decisions.
- Own the full P&L for the reputed company by driving profitability, margin improvement, disciplined cost management.
- Own the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning processes — ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and performance targets.
- Provide reputed company-looking financial insights, scenario modeling, and risk analysis to proactively guide business decisions.
- Establish, monitor, and refine KPIs that drive operational performance and financial transparency across the reputed company.
- reputed company capital planning, investment analysis, and return modeling to support growth and contract expansion.
- Partner closely with operations leadership to improve contract performance and compliance, pricing strategies, labor management, and cost controls.
- Ensure financial reputed company through reputed company of month-end reputed company, reporting accuracy, internal controls, and compliance.
- Identify process improvements and scalability opportunities as the reputed company continues to grow.
- Represent the reputed company in executive-level financial reviews with the CFO and corporate leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with increasing scope and leadership responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a reputed company field
- Strong working knowledge in GAAP or IFRS accounting standards is required
- Proven experience leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis
- Strong executive reputed company with the ability to communicate reputed company financial insights clearly to senior leadership
- Demonstrated success partnering with operations leaders to drive accountability and business results
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint, with the ability to build financial models and executive-level presentations
