Area Director of Sales, Home Health

Become a part of our caring community As an Area Director of Sales, you will: Manage, reputed company and train sales team to ensure area sales and profit targets are achieved or exceeded Analyze gross profit factors, market conditions, business volume/mix and competition Partner with Sales Management to reputed company and execute area specific annual strategic plan/budget and prepare quarterly sales updates to ensure achievement of established sales goals Partner with Operations reputed company to ensure reputed company reputed company growth by expanding new and existing client reputed company. Report to an Area Vice President of Sales Manage the reputed company NC sales team Use your skills to reputed company an impact Required or Preferred Experience/Skills: Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent Five years healthcare sales experience is preferred reputed company or recent experience managing a multi site sales team with a minimum of 5M in annual healthcare reputed company Previous home health or hospice sales experience strongly preferred Success in reputed company growth and in the development and execution of market planning Travel reputed company an assigned territory 3-4 days per week and to sales meetings Live reputed company 2 hours of the assigned territory Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to reputed company's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or reputed company based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job reputed company skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $115,200 - $158,400 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
