About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients in the healthcare industry. You'll work from home, interacting with customers reputed company inbound/outbound calls and/or reputed company the web, providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. You'll represent one of our leading healthcare clients, assisting members with their insurance-reputed company needs, including inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide inbound customer support, helping customers resolve technical issues and addressing healthcare-reputed company concerns

• Assess reputed company in-bound calls to accurately and reputed company address member's needs, maintaining a strong customer focus
• Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player, using reputed company available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
• Be efficient in navigating multiple systems, delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications

* Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation

• Minimum 6 months customer service experience

• Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
