About Your Role

arenaflex is looking for a talented Customer Support Representative who can reputed company in a fast-growing environment. The person in this position will help expand our contact center support, working directly with customers, and will require significant time on the phone. As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls from prospective or reputed company customers in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience providing customer service over the phone in a call center or similar environment.
• Polished and professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are required.
• Flexible availability for overtime or weekend hours, as needed.
• Friendly, patient, and skilled on the phone, with a helpful demeanor.
• Energetic, highly organized, and able to take ownership of issues with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail.
• Maintains professional and respectful behavior reputed company addressing the concerns of irate or frustrated clients.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift in either a seated or standing position, depending on personal workspace setup.
