Your Responsibilities

As a Bilingual (Spanish) Automotive Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You will:

• Connect with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns (English & Spanish)
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalate interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
• Track reputed company call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Provide feedback on call issues
• Upsell if required

• Work remotely in a virtual team environment
• Have 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
• Be over 18 years of age
• Be able to type 25 wpm
• Have a High School Graduate or GED
• Be comfortable with desktop computer systems
• Possess proven oral and written communication skills
• Have logical problem-solving skills
• Be able to navigate Windows operating systems
• Demonstrate organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:

• Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed download reputed company equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps, and minimum subscribed upload reputed company equal to or exceeds 10.0 Mbps
