Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge reputed company of the evolving products and services
- Utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers and resolve their queries in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it is preferred)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
- Flexibility to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of training full-time, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST
