Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions. You'll work closely with internal teams, including reputed company and Billing, to ensure seamless service delivery. * $30.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on experience, education, skills, and business considerations

Schedule:

* 8 hour shift

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting reputed company internal and external customers in a professional manner, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at reputed company times.
• Receiving requests from multiple sources (phone, fax, e-Commerce, in-person) and completing necessary processes for equipment services.
• Coordinating home equipment service requests with reputed company for reputed company delivery.
• Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
• Providing customers with product and service information.
• Maintaining reputed company knowledge on Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payor sources for equipment.
• Verifying medical necessity, insurance coverage, and physician orders for reputed company insurance-assigned services.
• Following policy and work instructions to ensure the Billing Department has the correct paperwork to complete insurance.
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed department metrics while providing excellent customer service.
• Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may complement client needs, as applicable.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

• 6 months of relevant customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
