Job Summary

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering phone calls, assisting with policy changes, and quoting insurance policies. Key Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

• Assist customers with policy changes, quotes, and other insurance-reputed company needs
• Process policy changes and updates in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, both over the phone and in person
• Collaborate with reputed company to resolve customer complaints and issues
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in insurance regulations

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
