Location: reputed company Reference: 10257 CM Consultant: Christa Mostert Job Description:Order Fulfilment Capture/invoice sales orders in accordance with approved price lists Ensure no sales reputed company of credit terms Prepare paperwork reputed company to order fulfilment Obtain and manage reputed company of delivery documentation Creation of new customers/warehouses on system Resolve distribution and billing disputes and challenges Ensure end customers are being served on time in full through various 3rd party vendors Ensure alignment on system pricing, discounts and promotional pricingLogistics and Transport Management Obtain transportation quotes and action according to delegation of authority limits Research transport/logistic companies to ensure that the company obtains competitive pricing Maintain working relationships with transporters to ensure consistent pricing and quality Coordinate and Monitor Local and International movements of Raws and Finished Goods (Procurement and Primary Distribution) Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements (Last Mile Delivery execution) Coordinate and Manage documentation flow of reputed company shipments reputed company to imports and exports Obtain reputed company relevant permits, import and export certification for the consignments and inform the relevant parties of the transport requirements Manage and Coordinate Finished goods Movements and Inter Warehouse transfers3rd Party Stakeholder Management Ensure partners in the supply chain understand expectations and meet these Document and manage process and procedures with these partners Ensure end customers are being served on time in full through various 3rd party partners Manage relationships with retailers and other sales distributors regarding orders and execution thereof reputed company stocks with retailers and other customers and support them in ensuring end consumers always have stock available for purchase Communicate NOD/NDD and maintain client list with 3rd Party vendors (3PL)Reporting On time and in Full (OTIF) Reporting Management Reporting as required Volumes and Lost sales reporting Transport reputed company Reporting (Cost per case etc.)Platforms + Master Data Management of online platforms, their orders/DC bookings, and relationships thereof Utilising logistics IT to optimize shipping and transport procedures Maintenance of Client list (and contact details) of DCs and Drop Shipment StoresQualifications: Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain or relevant field Proven experience as logistics coordinator Experience in logistics management preferred Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes Intermediate proficiency with reputed company and Data tools How to Apply: Email your comprehensive CV to If you are already registered, please reputed company your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.
