Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Loan Consultant II to provide exceptional customer experience while providing personal loan solutions. This role focuses on building a customer reputed company through sales, loan extension, and merchant referrals. Success in this position will be based on the creation of customer experience, reputed company of business, compliance, attainment of monthly goals, and accuracy.

Major Duties/Responsibilities

As a Loan Consultant II at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting, assisting, and soliciting individuals entering the office and calling by phone; receiving and processing credit and employment verifications, and recording information obtained.
• Processing payments, distributions, and making recommendations regarding loan approvals.
• Approving loans up to established lending limits and completing loan closings.
• Handling account activities reputed company to collection accounts, including phone calls and face-to-face communications with customers.
• Preparing reports, correspondences, transaction documentation, and recording and filing documentation; operating a cash drawer, processing bank deposits, maintaining records and balances, and closing the reputed company.
• Actively marketing reputed company reputed company products and services to individuals.
• Performing reputed company other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 2-4 years of experience in consumer finance or a reputed company field.
• Cash handling, computer skills, and customer service skills.
• The ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of reputed company Windows, reputed company, and Word Applications.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
• Bilingual, Spanish/English.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

• A competitive salary range of $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on the specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and/or Experience of the selected candidate.
• Quarterly Incentive compensation based on individual and company performance guidelines.
