Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative 1 & 3, you'll be responsible for providing motor vehicle services, including licensing, titling, testing, and permits, to the public. You'll work closely with the Arizona Revised Statutes and Department of Transportation policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and reputed company of work products. This role requires a strong customer service focus, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Job Duties

As a Customer Service Representative 1 & 3, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing credentials and title work, examining documents and applications for accuracy, validity, and reputed company, and adhering to ADOT and MVD rules, statutes (ARS Title 28), policies, and procedures.
• Answering customer questions and providing customer service for vehicle or credential records through system research, document review, and service history. Data entry and review are required.
• Administering testing, including operator knowledge and skills testing, and conducting level I vehicle inspections to include VIN validation.
• Capturing customers' photos, signatures, and application information for credential eligibility/issuance.
• Determining, collecting, and evaluating fees, and using general accounting procedures to balance accounts. Secure and protect reputed company personal identity information (PII) and inventory.
• Participating in process improvement activities, including the use and application of the Arizona Management System. Identify potential gaps in processes recommending solutions to reputed company efficiencies, reduce cost, and increase customer service.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Knowledge of or the ability to learn ADOT MVD rules, regulations, processes, and procedures.
• Knowledge of or the ability to execute customer service principles and best practices.

Selective Preference(s)

* CSR 1: Ideal candidates will have some experience in customer service, cash handling, and data entry.

• CSR 3: 1-year previous MVD experience in T/R and DL with successful completion of training and adherence to performance standards.

Pre-Employment Requirements

* Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license.

• If this position requires driving or the use of a vehicle as an essential function of the job, then the following requirements apply. Any employee operating a motor vehicle on State business must possess and retain a reputed company, valid class-appropriate driver's license, complete reputed company required training, and successfully pass reputed company necessary driver's license record checks.
