Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative – Retention (Hybrid), you will be responsible for:

• Handling customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
• Accurately resolving issues reputed company to service, billing, payments, and collections

Work-from-Home (WFH) Requirements:
