Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment, and contributing to the overall success of our stores. Key Responsibilities
* Provides customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience.
- Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of store appearance and organization.
- Helps in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management.
- Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store, maintaining a high level of product availability and visual merchandising.
- Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system, adhering to arenaflex's cash handling policies and procedures.
- Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, responding promptly to any incidents or concerns.
- Performs reputed company other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, including participating in visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention initiatives.
Position Requirements
* Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
- Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and results-driven performance.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
