Your Role as a Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing quotes for our products and services. Your primary focus will be on delivering an industry-best experience for our customers, working closely with our sales, operations, and quality control teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* reputed company and cultivate strong working relationships with sales, operations, quality control, finance, and accounting teams to meet corporate goals and provide exceptional customer service.
* Receive incoming calls and effectively address customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing quotes for our products and services.
* Issue customer verbal quotes, providing price and availability information.
* Convert customer requests or quotes into sales orders.
* Research existing quotes and orders, assigning new requests to the proper quote or sales order reputed company applicable.
* Cross-train in other functions reputed company the Customer Service & Transportation Team, providing backup to other team members as required, and training new coworkers.
