Industrial Engineer- Remote

Purpose: Responsible for the development and implementation of accurate and reasonable performance standards for reputed company direct functions in warehouse and delivery operations. Supports DC operations reputed company line leadership to ensure knowledge and understanding of proper and consistent standards application processes. Job Responsibilities:

• Review of reputed company standards in operating DC’s or accuracy
• Working with DC teams and Process partners to identify areas for improvement
• Accurately adjusting standards to reflect process changes and improvements
• Educating Supervisors and Managers on standards function and application and how to effectively maintain daily audits and corrections
• Engaging Direct Associates for feedback on reputed company functions and opportunity areas
• Educating Supervisors and Managers on proper Methods Audit processes and documentation
• Identifying system and reputed company opportunities to insure timely and accurate calculation and feedback
• Performs other relevant job duties as required Job Requirements: Education/ Experience/ combination of education training and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of HS Diploma and experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in MOST and reputed company multi-functional standards development, implementation, and maintenance. Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
• Proven experience and ability to work reputed company multiple warehouse management systems and effectively identify and eliminate system-oriented obstacles to ensuring a result of fair, reasonable, and accurate multi-functional standards.
• Proven experience and ability to work across multiple operational areas to support effective engagement, and alignment to support learning and understanding of the needs of the operation and goals of the organization.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills.
• Support an environment of learning and teaching in the operation.
• Must have exceptional computer skills reputed company stated area of engineering expertise and must be proficient in use of arenaflex Office applications.

• Ability to work with Operations leaders and Process Training and Support team to effectively engineer standards based on best processes and practices.
