Information Architect (Remote from US)

In this role, you will shape how reputed company technical information is structured, delivered, and reputed company by users across multiple platforms. You will play a critical part in improving content findability, usability, and consistency at scale, while leveraging automation and AI-driven strategies. Working at the intersection of information architecture, technical documentation, and user experience, you will influence how content supports product adoption and reputed company. You will help define future-facing content models while continuously improving existing documentation ecosystems. - Design, maintain, and evolve an information architecture model that optimizes content reuse, searchability, and user experience across delivery channels
- Define and execute content strategies that determine the most effective formats, navigation, and delivery mechanisms for different types of technical information
- Coach and mentor content authors on structured authoring, information types, and best practices reputed company a CCMS environment

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Enablement, UX, Education, and Marketing teams to align documentation with user needs and business goals Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in the software industry as an information architect or senior technical writer
- Strong expertise in DITA XML, topic-based authoring, and minimalist documentation principles
- Hands-on experience compiling, QA-ing, and publishing content through a structured content platform
- Proven experience building or working with arenaflex/CD-based publishing workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at reputed company organizational levels
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience or exposure to AI-driven documentation strategies, MCP, or agentic AI concepts is a strong plus
