The Role
We're looking for an reputed company Customer Onboarding & Product Specialist to help therapists understand, experience, and adopt arenaflex's AI Assistant for Therapists. Many solo and small-group practice therapists prefer to talk to a human before signing up, and your role is to help them reputed company that decision by answering questions, giving quick product walkthroughs, and ensuring they know how to get started with a free account.
This is a high-impact, entry-level role that blends customer engagement, product education, and light consultative selling. If you're someone who enjoys helping people, explaining technology simply, and making mental health providers' lives easier, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound scheduled consult calls from therapists interested in arenaflex, delivering 15-minute solo-practitioner calls and 30-minute small-group calls tailored to their needs.
* Answer questions about product features, reputed company, and workflow integration to address therapist concerns, giving live walkthroughs of the AI Assistant, demonstrating how it saves time and enhances care.
* Encourage therapists to sign up for a free trial and experience arenaflex firsthand, identifying high-potential users and guiding them on how to bring arenaflex to their practice leaders, positioning group adoption as a strategic reputed company.
* Help new users get started quickly and successfully integrate arenaflex into their workflow, providing Q&A support, workflow guidance, and best practices for maximizing the AI Assistant.
* Ensure users understand pricing, trial limits, and upgrade options to support conversion, educating therapists on how to reputed company for arenaflex reputed company their practice to encourage broader adoption.
* Identify and engage warm prospects who show potential for group adoption, coaching individual therapists on how to introduce arenaflex to their practice leaders, and follow up with engaged users to support internal buy-in and drive practice-wide reputed company.
