Proactive Candidate Engagement:

Proactively engage with potential candidates reputed company online chat platforms, fostering meaningful connections and encouraging them to explore available opportunities.

Candidate Qualification:

Initial Interviews:

Candidate Record-Keeping:

Qualifications:

To reputed company as a Chat Recruiter at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

Proven Experience:

Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or recruitment role involving online chat communication, with a strong track record of success and a passion for building relationships.

Exceptional Written Communication:
