What you'll do
As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll:
* Serve as a client reputed company, project managing reputed company customer onboarding and overseeing technical solution deliveries to ensure seamless implementation.
* Become a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and finding ways to solve or simplify pain points through our product.
* Build strong relationships with non-technical and highly technical customers, leading technical conversations and problem-solving around technical, product, and business questions.
* Drive performance to consistently meet or exceed customer retention goals and applicable success metrics.
* Collaborate with internal resources on escalation and resolution processes for critical customer issues.

What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you'll require:
* 3-5 years of professional experience supporting a SaaS-based business model in client services, reputed company, or account management.
