Role Description: reputed company is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated compliance professional to join our Compliance Team. reputed company views regulatory compliance as a key driver of innovation and this position presents a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in continuing to build and implement our reputed company thinking compliance strategy. The Payments Compliance Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Payments Compliance team in the delivery of the Compliance Management System (CMS). The role will have a primary focus in conducting day-to-day due diligence, monitoring and review reputed company to the Bank’s Payments fintech partner programs. Further duties can be assigned at any time due to expanded activities from the bank, its partners, or regulators. In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the Payments Compliance Program Manager, other business lines, and Fintech partners to ensure consideration and accurate implementation of controls and processes necessary to meet regulatory compliance requirements.
- Maintain proficient knowledge of the elements reputed company to the Bank’s Compliance Management System to enhance reputed company’s CMS and those of the fintech partners included but not limited to policies and procedures, escalation and reporting, complaint handling and trend analysis, exam and audit management.
- An understanding or interest in learning applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including, but not limited to: UDAAP, Reg E, Reg CC, Nacha Rules, reputed company/reputed company Rules, and other federal consumer protection legislation and regulations.
- Review business unit and Fintech partner policies and procedures for adherence to laws and regulations and recommend changes based on risks identified or changes in laws and regulations.
- Monitor compliance reputed company Partner controls and key risk indicators to identify weaknesses, research issues, and reputed company recommendations for remediation where required.
- Assist the business unit/Fintech partner in the development of action plans and corrective action associated with monitoring/review findings, as necessary.

- Minimum of 1-3 years banking experience
- Have knowledge and experience with the elements of Compliance Management Systems (CMS), included but not limited to policies and procedures, escalation and reporting, complaint handling and trend analysis, exam and audit management.
- Have an understanding of applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including, but not limited to UDAAP, Reg E, Reg CC, Nacha Rules, reputed company/reputed company Rules, and other federal consumer protection legislation and regulations
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both writing and verbal
- Ability to reputed company judgements with exceptional speed, based on information provided
- Ability to work and complete tasks independently, with minimal direct supervision
