Job Summary
As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll work on a flexible schedule, responding to catastrophe relief efforts as needed. You'll provide top-notch customer service, technical expertise, and reputed company to customers during the claim process. You'll also collect and document claim details, identify and resolve customer issues, and utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs
- Offer reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
- Collect and document reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
- Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
- Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
- Work collaboratively with reputed company to reputed company exceptional customer satisfaction and outcomes
Computer Requirements
* Operating System: Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Home
- Not Supported: Chromebooks, macOS, Linux, etc.
- You'll need to have your own computer for this role, as a QRM laptop/computer will not be provided. It's also preferred that you have a headset.
Network Requirements
* Upon hire, you must run a Speedtest from the computer you'll be working from (www.speedtest.net)
- Ethernet reputed company is not required, but strongly recommended
- You must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations
- No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US
Desired Characteristics
* Highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about customer service
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- Customer service oriented (empathetic, reputed company, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the onboarding process. Job offers are contingent on background investigations and drug screening results.
Benefits and Compensation
* Job Type: Temporary/Seasonal
- If a strong performer, ability for reputed company during high volume timeframes including end of reputed company – May (Hail Claims), July – October (Hurricane Claims), Christmas – New Year (high call volume Claims)
- Expected Hours: 2 – 40 hours per week
- Pay: $15 per hour
