Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Care Agent, you will play a key role in admissions, student retention, and engagement, acting as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company and ensuring they receive the necessary support to succeed. You will provide exceptional support to prospective and reputed company reputed company, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing guidance through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities

Required Skills/Abilities
